Terrace

Changelog

Terrace 0.2.1 2026-11-07

Systems: Windows (macOS to follow)

Fixes for drawings that made Terrace close or slow down.

  • DWG colors from a color book are read right: the objects after one no longer get wild coordinates (which made Terrace close on some drawings).
  • Very fine hatches (more than 100,000 pattern lines) show as a light tint of their color, so drawings full of them open quickly and use far less memory.
  • Layouts with many viewports at almost the same scale open much faster.
  • A word wider than its MTEXT box stays whole, as in AutoCAD, instead of breaking a letter per line.
